With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Vonda Walters has built a career defined by her passion for optimizing revenue cycles and ensuring compliance across healthcare organizations. Her expertise spans facility reimbursement, business office operations, chargemaster management, managed care contracting, outpatient coding and auditing, compliance, and chart auditing.
Vonda has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from UCA and holds various business management certifications. Throughout her career, Vonda has held leadership roles including managing a Physical Therapy company, partnering in a Durable Medical Equipment venture, serving as a Revenue Integrity Director for PPS and Critical Access Hospitals, and working as an independent Revenue Integrity Consultant. Creating RIMResources was the culmination of her dream—a vision to help healthcare facilities thrive through operational excellence and financial integrity.
Vonda is a FHFMA and holds a CHFP certification. She is deeply committed to serving her professional community. She volunteers in leadership roles with the Arkansas Healthcare Financial Management Association and is an active member of the Arkansas Contractor Advisory Committee for Novitas-Solutions. Through her work and dedication, Vonda continues to be a trusted leader in revenue integrity management.
